The last book for this month's blog tour is Abduction, by Cynthia Eden. Today is the first day of Spring so this will be a great book to read this March!
Here is a delicious recipe from the author.
Bon Appétit and a Book:
I’ve often thought that chocolate goes best with romance. But if you’re in the mood for a nice, chocolate trip that doesn’t take much effort…I think no one can go wrong with a S’more Casserole/Dip.
This is the simple recipe that I follow:
- Line the bottom of a casserole dish with Hershey bars. (And if you stop to eat a few bars, no one will judge you.) I break my bars up and fit them in the casserole dish like puzzle pieces
- Cover those Hershey bars with marshmallows. I typically use the big marshmallows and not the miniature ones.
- Pop your casserole in the over (at 350 degrees) and cook for six minutes. If your marshmallows aren’t melted enough by the end of 6 minutes, feel free to keep the dish in the over until you get it just the way you want.
- Let the casserole cool a bit—don’t want to go burning yourself with hot marshmallows and chocolate. Once the casserole is cooler, grab some graham crackers and dip them into your casserole dish. And, of course, grab a good book to read, too!
