Now I would like to tell you about some flour I received from this company. This is for Almond Flour and Coconut flour. I received a 2lb bag and 4lb bag sizes of the Almond flour and a 1lb bag and 4lb bag of Coconut flour.
I am a total newbie to either kinds of this flour. I was pleasantly surprised with it though. I read you can make waffles with this. I made some the other day, and they came out pretty good. Since I am new to this kind of flour, I think I have to do some more research on this.
I also love the packaging of this - very easily stands up on counter while using and has a zip reseal to it too. I like the possible health benefits of using this too, see product description at Amazon for more info on that (which see links below)
