My review:
I received the 1 lb and 2.5 lb bag of this. My husband and son are the ones who like their coffee with cream and sugar, so they are the one's who have been trying the Xylitol in the morning. They said they really like it
I also did some baking with it the other night and made some homemade peanut butter cookies.

The cookies came out great and the Xylitol mixed in well and baked well too.
Some notes: Good news - Xylitol is used in equal measurements to sugar, so it's easy to use for cooking with. I read you could have some "tummy" issues with this. If you are not used to it. I think you are supposed to gradually introduce to system if you have those problems. I didn't notice anything with that. I also read this is dangerous for dogs to eat, so make sure your furry friends, don't consume this.
