Omega 3 Fish Oil #Review

I received a product from Quality Encapsulations to test out and review.

Today I'm reviewing the Omega 3 Fish oil - I got.

Here's some info from the company:

My take on the product:

I have been trying to take some more vitamins than I used to. One of the ones I have been trying is Omega 3. There are so many great health benefits from it. I have heard if you are going to take one supplement - then this is the one that you should take.

I have tried a few different kinds of Omega 3 - even some gummies. One of the one's I had taken was a very big pill. The Quality Encapsulations ones are just the right size. They are medium sized and not to big. They are also soft gels so they are really easy to swallow.

I have a hard time with some pills swallowing them - but had no problem with these. Also sometimes people complain about a fishy aftertaste with Omega 3 - but I have not noticed anything with these. So I would really recommend these to you.
