Hi guys I got this product free to review, called Shake the Crave. And it is from the company Trusted Health Products. Shake the Crave is a new incredibly delicious, guilt free shake.

My review:

I tested out two samples of the Shake the Crave. I got one pack of vanilla and one of chocolate. I tried them with some 1 % milk.  You can also mix it with whatever % milk you like - or almond milk, or coconut milk.

Directions:

Add one measuring scoop (scoop included) to 8 fl. oz. of whole milk, 2%, 1%, or skim milk,
almond milk, or coconut milk. For best results, blend for 20 seconds on low, then 3 seconds on
high, let sit for 60 seconds, blend on low for 5 seconds and then immediately pour in glass. Let
sit for 60 seconds so ingredients can rehydrate and then drink.

I am usually a chocolate shake drinker - and I did like the Shake Crave chocolate. But I was surprised at how much I liked the vanilla flavor too.

The shakes taste great and yesterday when I had the vanilla one - I drank it around lunchtime and it kept me full until dinnertime - I wasn't hungry really in between.
