Hi- Remember my post on Hot Moody Mess? (previous post) Well I wanted to update you on my progress.
It is going into almost the 4th week of the program. And I am starting to feel a difference. Without getting into the whole thing, because you would want to check this out for yourself, I will give you a brief synopsis.
First, I may have lost almost 5 lbs! And second I also feel great. With this program it's not all about losing weight. It's also that I am dealing with my hormones, and figuring out how to straighten those out. Which I think I am starting too. Another thing this program does is gives you great ideas on how to eat healthier too.
Doing this is helping me to not only lose weight, but feel great too. And it is helping give me a lot more energy too!
