Trim Energy Green Coffee Bean Extract Review
I received some Trim Energy Green coffee bean extract to review. Please read the following product information.
Each Trim Energy Green Coffee Bean vegetarian capsule contains 400mg of pure green coffee bean with the branded ingredient Svetol® to support healthy weight loss. Svetol® is not only a green coffee bean extract, but the only green coffee extract with proven weight loss efficacy in several published clinical studies.
Our Trim Energy Green Coffee Bean contains the amount used in the studies on Svetol® as well as an additional 200mgs of green coffee bean extract standardized to 50% chlorogenic acids to provide you with 400mgs of green coffee bean extract per capsule.
Green coffee beans are coffee beans that have not yet been roasted. The fat burning compound of this bean is Chlorogenic Acid. Chlorogenic Acid inhibits the release of glucose in the body and boosts metabolism. Studies have shown this combination helps to:
- burn fat in the liver
- inhibit the absorption of fat to eliminate weight gain
*During a 12 week study 16 adults used a green coffee bean supplement without making any drastic changes to their diet or exercise regimens. After 12 weeks, participates lost an average of 17 pounds, or 16% of their overall body fat with no side effects. - Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity journal
My review:
Since I am previously committed to doing another weight loss program. I got this for my husband to try. He has been inspired by me trying to lose some weight so he wanted to try something too.
I don't really have any results for you as of yet. Because we received a 30 day supply of this and he just started taking this. But he would be super excited if he gets the results it says. He will want to purchase some more at the end of the 30 days, if he is getting the results. He can't wait to find out!
I also received a few more products to. Here's a picture I took of them:
This includes some drink mixes. And even some pop rocks! The drink mixes are natural energy drink mixes, one for weight loss. And the pop rocks aren't you average pop rocks - they are natural ones, that have vitamins and minerals in them. An excellent source of A, B, C, D & E - how cool is that!
I tried the grape pop rocks and they were really good. I can't wait to try some of these other samples. I also got a healthy probiotic - great for your digestive system - that I want to try.

3 Tips to Finding Divine Communion Dresses
The following is a guest post from Tracy Young:
Searching for communion dresses and products has never been easier with these 3 simple tips.
If your daughter is making her first communion in the spring, you're probably in the market for a first communion dress and accessories. Perhaps you're thinking about going to a boutique on a Saturday with your daughter and walking out an hour later with a divine communion dress? Maybe you're thinking online is the way to go? Both of these ideas are great but you may end up dragging your daughter to way-too-many stores to count because you don't see eye-to-eye, while that online search turned up 2.8 million results. Before you despair, there are a few tips that will help you navigate these turbulent waters:
1) Start early. Most first communions take place in the spring but you'll be left in the cold if you wait until April to start shopping. Stores generally have their first communion products out in January. Shopping early ensures the best selection because stores do not reorder merchandise. Once it's sold that's it until next year. This can be especially important if your daughter is a bit smaller, or a tad taller than the average 8 year old. If the store only ordered 1 pair of communion shoes that your daughter loves, in a size 3.5, make sure that you are the lucky owner of the pair. A fellow religious education instructor lamented to me that she wished she knew this, the year that her daughter made first communion. She waited until April to start shopping and had a difficult time finding something that her daughter liked because a lot of stores were sold out.
2) Know Thy Daughter. Ever hear the expression square peg in a round hole? This is an important thing to keep in mind when shopping for communion dresses. If your daughter is a tomboy, chances are that she's going to fight you on that over-the-top tulle communion dress. Similarly, a girly-girl may be disappointed in a simple white dress, even if it is duchess satin and costs a king's randsom. Talk to your daughter and have her describe what she wants to wear. Take some time together to look online at products. I've found that there are 3 basic styles of communion dresses: old world; contemporary; modern. Old world dresses remind me of elaborate dresses that might have been worn in Italy, Spain and other Catholic European countries years ago. They have a lot of beading, lace details and can be gown-like in length. This style is divine for girly-girls with unlimited budgets. Contemporary dresses are less elaborate than old word dresses. They also have beading or lace details just not as much as old world dresses, and are tea-length falling to the mid calf. Most communion dresses that are sold in the United States fall into this style. Finally, modern dresses have simple lines and minimal details. This is the absolute best style for girls that would rather wear pants to make first communion. In the end, you want to find a dress that both of you love.
3) Get the guidelines. Nowadays, many churches discourage accessories during the mass. They don't want the children fiddling with their prayer book or twirling their rosary like a lasso. Before you add all these items to your shopping cart, find out what's allowed and what isn't. Simply ask the religious instructor for the guidelines. Asking for the guidelines before you you start shopping ensures that you don't waste your money.
So there you have it. A few tips that will save you time and money as you prepare for this blessed event.

She has it hung up in her room. Doing a math problem:
Yea! She got it right!
I also noticed she has some to-do lists on this at times. And she also had erased it and put song lyrics on it. (Probably One Direction - lol)
I could really see how this product would be great for schools, teachers, offices, even homeschoolers, etc. What uses can you see for it?

T3 Tactical Auto Rescue Tool Review
I recently received a product for review. It is the T3 Tactical Auto Rescue Tool.
Here is what this product includes:
This was also featured in Men's Health Magazine! I am supposed to get a man's perspective on this. So when we received it I asked my husband what he thinks of it. To paraphrase: he likes the stainless steel blade part. It is very sharp and can be used for anything. Besides car safety he probably will use it as a tool for other things. Such as camping, etc.
He also thinks it is very well made and nice craftsmanship. He likes the LED light too and thinks that will come in handy. Also not sure if recommended to try, but he tested the spring loaded steel tipped window punch. He tried it on a glass bottle, and said it shattered the bottle in seconds. So this thing really works!
Watch this video to get an idea about what the T3 Tactical Tool does:
I have my own personal reasons for wanting this too. Several months ago, in my town a car fell into a swampy area on the side of the road. The car went down into the water, and the driver was not able to get out in time. I drive by this particular spot a couple of times a week, and always think of this tragedy What if he had had the T3 Tactical Auto Rescue tool? Maybe he would have survived. I feel better knowing that I have this tool, in case something like that ever happens to me.
If you would like to purchase one for yourself please visit: StatGearTools. This retails for only $39.99.
Disclosure: I received the above product for the sole purpose of reviewing it. All opinions are my own.

Update: Weight Loss So Far
Hey guys. I'm here to update you on my weight loss. Do you remember my post on this? If not then go read this post: My Weight Loss Plan - 90 Day Challenge
Anyway, I will give you a brief run down of events, as I see it. I received the African Mango 1200 from Creative Bioscience about 6 weeks ago.
So you think I would be on my second bottle of the pills right? Well not exactly. I have about a weeks worth left of the 1st bottle. You are supposed to take two a day in the morning. And well a lot of times I forget. I also don't always take them in the morning sometimes it is late afternoon if I remember to take them.
Mostly because, I just have never been much of a pill taker so that is why I forget, and I have always had a hard time swallowing pills. And these are no exception. I find them kinda hard to swallow. Well that could be just my hang up. You may do better with them - it's probably just me.
Well to get back on track of this post - I basically just want to update you on my weight loss so far. I want to mention that when I do take the African Mango pills it does stave off my hunger. Like it says in the product description:
African Mango reduces hunger by stimulating Leptin, which tells your body it has had enough to eat.
You know that famished feeling you might get? Well taking these pill really curbs my appetite.
So drum roll please.....my total weight loss so far it 6 pounds!
I am really happy with this, because I can't even remember the last time I lost any weight whatsover.
I will give you another update soon. And should be having a giveaway for this product soon too!
If you would like to purchase a Creative Bioscience product for yourself I have a coupon code for you. Use SAHM at checkout and you will get an additional 15% off.
Disclosure: I received a 90 day supply of the above product from Creative Bioscience to sponsor my weight loss challenge. No other compensation was given and my opinions are my own.

Progress Cards Review
I have a fun and helpful review for you guys. If you are a parent then I think you will be interested in this product.
Here is a description of the product:
Progress Cards help children manage and express difficult feelings, learn tips to improve behaviors, and learn effective coping skills to deal with divorce, death, bullies, and much more. Here at the beginning of the new year, many adults and children are making resolutions and creating goals. Unfortunately, many are not successful for 2 reasons. First, they know what they want to stop doing, but they often don't know exactly what to practice instead. Progress Cards provide specific behaviors for 60 different goals-from study skills, friendship skills, to making and saving money. Second, everyone needs support when they are learning new behaviors since it takes so much extra energy and effort to develop new habits. Parent Passes are 60 different rewards to use after you sort them with your child to determine what motivates your child a little and a lot.
My review:
I received 60 Progress cards and 60 parent passes recently, and a Progress Book. My daughter seemed eager to give this a try. She is getting to the teenage years and could use a little help with her behavior sometimes.
One card, I came across is Improve Your Self Discipline. A few points from that are:
Those are a few (on that card) that stood out to me. My daughter is getting close to 13 and could learn from this. She can have a temper and sometimes complains too much. This is something she could really work on.
Another card that she found interesting was some suggestions for Healthy Meals. Fruits, vegetables, whole grain foods, etc. What kid couldn't use some help with eating healthier?
And there are so many more cards for all kinds of situations.
And It also includes Parent Passes. Which is sort of like a reward system. There are 60 different rewards that you can sort through with your child and determine what would motivate your child a little or a lot. You can divide them into small rewards and large rewards.
So after they exhibit and practice a few good behaviors, etc. or whatever card you may be working on you could give them a reward. Depending on how many things they have done you could give them either a small reward or a big reward.
An example of one of the rewards (which my daughter deemed as a small reward) is: This coupon is redeemable for us to go on a bike ride together.
An other example she thinks is a large reward was: This is redeemable for us to go roller skating (which she likes doing and we haven't done in a long time)
So this seems like a great system, and a way to really motivate your children. I personally have got to get going on this more. Maybe even with my son. I saw some ones for study skills in here - I've got to look over, because he could use some help with that!
The generous makers of these card (developed by Scott Erlt - an elementary school consoler for 16 years) are offering my readers a link for you to print all 60 Parent Passes for free:
http://www.progresscards.com/Free-Parent-Passes.html
There is also a Progress book in which children can rate themselves in 60 different areas. This can help them find their strengths and weaknesses and ways to improve.
Here is a link for you to download a free Progress book:
