Living in Massachusetts and New Hampshire for the first 40 + years of my life I know snow. I remember one year in NH we got a record 120 + inches one winter.
Now that I live in Virginia - it's a whole different story. Last week we got some snow. They were scrolling warnings on the TV screen two days in advance. Schools were closed Friday. I heard the next day there was over 100 accidents.
Here is a picture I took in the morning of the snow storm. We hardly got 2 inches of snow. But it was enough around here to cause total chaos - lol. Things are sure different in Virginia.

That's too funny. My cousins live in MD and they get their panties all in a bunch when it snows down there, too. It cracks me up.
ReplyDeleteHaha, that's a snow storm in Oklahoma too.
ReplyDeleteI used to tease my friend when she lived in Alabama and would get a dusting of snow. I would ask her if they shut down the whole city over it LOL Living in Ohio we do get some good snow. It has been pretty mild so far this winter.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe the number of accidents! What the heck!
ReplyDeleteI'd be grateful to see even an inch of snow, because I have never seen it. Ever.
ReplyDeleteBut over a 100 accidents? Really?
Hehe! To some of us 2 inches of snow is a big deal!! I'm from AZ, FL and now NC and I'm excited at the possibility of flurries tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteOver 100 accidents. OMG!
ReplyDeleteI miss snow here in Izmir. Yesterday, I took a look the pics in the snow of us in Long Island.
