A few years ago, my son had his MP3 stolen right out of his bookbag that was sitting next to his desk when he got up to sharpen his pencil. He knew which kid took it, but because it's considered "contraband" and shouldn't have been at school to begin with, the school did NOTHING to get it back for him. The kid got away with it, and I was furious!

The Magic Jack is that bad? I was thinking about getting one to hook up to our fax machine when we move.

The Magic Jack has a lot of flaws - doesn't always work (at all) and sometimes very bad reception to name a few problems.
@Lydia - Thanks - good luck to you finding a job too.
