Fire hydrants when I was growing up I think were always red. Well I guess times have changed. My city recently painted all the fire hydrants this way:
Not sure if it was necessary or the reasoning behind these colors. But it makes for some pretty fire hydrants.
That is strange. I don't think I've ever seen a yellow and blue fire hydrant.
