ReplyDeleteI was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. As such, the Station Fire that still rages in Southern California hits home. I invite your blog readers to pray for the power of firefighters to overcome this massive fire.

Looks like they were happy to start school. My son doesn't start until Tuesday. We go today to find out who his teacher will be.
ReplyDeleteWow! Eighth grade! One of my sons is a freshman this year. I kind of miss the littleness of 8th grade--they are way too grown up as a freshman:)

Hi Sue,
ReplyDeleteI know this sounds just awful!! but, I do remember how wonderful the first day of school was and I could actually sit down and have a cup of coffee by myself.
Wow I could even go to the bathroom and have a shower without all 5 kids taking turns wanting in!!
Happy day back to school and I hope the kids are loving it!!
Happy Friday!
