Also I have been with Entrecard for a year. I remember I joined March 2008. I have enjoyed the fellow bloggers I have meet through Entrecard. I have also enjoyed the traffic I get from it. I also was the first in my category last week. That was the first time that ever happened since I joined.
There is a lot of controversy going on now with the paid ads. At first I approved them, now I'm not. I didn't realize when this was talked about before, that it would be like this. Is there a point to dropping anymore? Or to advertising on blogs, when you will just be knocked out by the paid ones? I hope they can come up with a better plan for this, because I would like to stay with Entrecard.
I know that I haven't spent EC on advertising in several days and I won't be spending $ on it, that's for sure. It's very frustrating and it doesn't seem like it was very well thought out. I have over 30 paid ads currently in rotation (not including the ones I rejected)and I guess they stay there until they run out of money. Pathetic.

ReplyDeleteI have the same questions regarding the EC. With the paid ads, does it make sense or is there any more needs for people to drop. And I am thinking twice about buying ad for 512 credits above. Is it really worth it to pay that amount of credits for ad since now we only get 50% for sites that accept paid ads.
