Try The Flat Belly Diet
The Flat Belly Diet is the diet everyone's talking about. The flat belly diet was created for people who have tried everything to get rid of belly fat. This diet was created by the editor of Prevention Magazine. This diet is centered on the new discovery that eating healthy fats (Monounsaturated Fatty Acids or MUFAs) targets belly fat.
MUFAs are the heart-healthy, disease fighting good fats. These fats can be found in foods such as peanut butter, olives and even chocolate! These fats can actually help you lose weight, specifically around your middle.
The other great thing about this diet is that no exercise is required! This sound like a good diet to me. You can eat peanut butter (my favorite) and chocolate and not exercise and still possibly lose up to 15 pounds of belly fat in 32 days.
Well if this sounds like a good diet to you too, then you may want to join the Flat Belly Diet program, possibly for free. Prevention Magazine is looking for recruits to give the diet a try. Candidates will be given a free book, and be asked to share their experiences with others. Participants will be asked to blog about their progress for the duration of the program. And will be asked to engage in online activities such as live chats, YouTube, and Facebook. If interested apply today!
