Speaking of Blueberries, here's a recipe for a Blueberry Cake:
Ingredients:
3/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. butter
1 egg
1/2 C. milk
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 C. blueberries
Topping:
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/3 C. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 C. soft butter
Cream sugar and butter, beat in egg, add dry ingredients, and milk. Mix in blueberries. Sprinkle topping over top. Bake in 8 inch pan at 375 degrees, for 50 min.
That sounds yummy! Is it a dessert cake or a coffee cake?
